You have to look at the Gov. on that issue. They set the tax codes and not the rich. I just dont see cutting the military too much as a good thing. We live in a world were there is just to much tension and too much going on to start cutting the military. One way, and they are very close to that, is the rail gun. If you are not familiar with it take a look at it. They basicly fire the projectile with magnets which would save millions and millions of dollars on amunition that we wouldnt have to buy and stock pile.
